For a prestigious and unique reality,  we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to serve as the administrative backbone of a prominent Estate in Tuscany.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Financial Controlling & Compliance: Oversee administrative and financial workflows for three distinct entities (Hospitality, Commercial, and Asset Holding), monitoring cash flow and ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger.

• Human Resources Management: Manage the lifecycle of both permanent and seasonal staff, coordinating with external Labor Consultants for payroll and contracts (CCNL Tourism/Agriculture).

• Legal & Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and partners, ensuring all permits and licenses (SCIA, alcohol licenses) are up to date.

• SOPs & Knowledge Management: Act as the custodian of operational knowledge by creating, updating, and distributing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and property manuals.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the internal administrative team, ensuring the office functions as an efficient support hub for the entire estate.

• Business Development: Work closely with Management to optimize corporate efficiency, cash flow, and explore available funding or financing opportunities.

 

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Main Requirements: Extensive experience in General Accounting, Financial Controlling, and HR Management.

• Professional Background: Previous experience in the Ho.re.ca sector is strongly preferred (luxury hotels, resorts, or complex hospitality structures).

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proven track record in managing year-end financial closings, budget forecasting, and cash flow optimization. Solid knowledge of Italian labor law (CCNL Tourism/Agriculture) and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).

• Language Skills: Native-level Italian (essential for bureaucracy) and fluent English (essential for international management).

• Soft Skills: High integrity, structured thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

SALARY RANGE (RAL)
€55,000 – €75,000 (commensurate with experience)
