Before entering headhunting, Maria Teresa worked in 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 for a major consulting firm, and held managerial roles in hotel groups and institutions in the 𝐇𝐨.𝐑𝐞.𝐂𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.
